For as long as she can remember,
From the cradle of maternal arms to the circle of her siblings,
Always floated the vague feeling of not belonging to humankind

On her skin, fleeting caresses, the touch of a wing.
In her head, jingling laughter, ephemeral sparks
Ghost voice accents and unknown phrasings
But she's the only one who feels them

Is she a Changeling?

An uncertain light, a subtle shift, a nameless fear
And the turbid water of doubt, an impassable barrier

Mirrors never reflected more than her shadowy figure
An overview trembling through mist swirls
The white bright spot of a starry face
Pierced with a strange green light by two fathomless holes
This magnetic gaze that keeps its mystery
As if it brooded lights of time immemorial.
She knows that it is the mark of a parallel world

Yes, she's the only one who holds the key
